Should you with to register a complaint against a monument builder, cemetery, or funeral director, download the complaint form and fill it out the the best of your ability and fax it or mail it to OMBA office, or call the OMBA office. We will do our best to solve any dispute or submit the form to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs on your behalf.
